John Eagle Collision Center provides the customer with updates and access to their vehicles status and progress. When the customer releases the vehicle to the shop to complete the repairs the Estimator will initiate a system entry that will log the customer into an online repair tracking system. The customer will receive an email with instructions on how to access their account within 24 hours of the Estimators initial entry.

From this point on the customer will begin receiving email and text updates as the vehicle moves through the various stages of repair. In addition the customer can use the system to communicate with the Estimator. Both the Estimator and he Customer can message to each other. This allows both parties to communicate without playing phone tag and missing time sensitive information. The Estimator can set the communication up so that the customer will receive a text with the same content as the email.

We have found that keeping the Customer informed is essential to relieving some of the stress associated with being involved in an accident. The Estimator will work with the Customer to ensure that the level and type of communication is equal to the customer's expectations.
