Life Time Warranty

We provide, at no extra cost to the customer, a non transferable "Life Time Warranty" on workmanship and refinish. This warranty has been tested by our customers. Below is an email we received from one such customer:

Wow! I was thrilled when John Eagle collision Center honored it lifetime warranty after 10 years. My 12 year old Honda Accord, Helen, looks new again. I never imagined keeping my Helen for so long but she still runs good at 198,000 miles. The accident happened back in 2000 and my insurance company recommended John Eagle for the repairs. The entire driver side was damaged. Just a few months ago, I noticed slight delimitation of the clear top coat making my car look its age. Having no car payment for 7 years has been a joy and I had considered trading her in but quickly decided on an alternative. A paint job! I knew I wanted a quality paint job and had forgotten about the lifetime warranty from John Eagle. I took her in with my repair receipt and was overwhelmed with the excellent customer service. I knew the entire car was not covered in the warranty just the repairs performed in 2000 and having one side painted fresh would make Helen look two toned. With help from the staff, we decided to paint the entire car subtracting out the repair under warranty. John Eagle also provided a loaner car for me while my car was being painted. This saved me from renting a car and rushing the service.

At John Eagle Collision Center we wouldn't offer the warranty if we weren't going to deliver on it. A copy of the Warranty is given to the Customer when they take delivery of their vehicle.
